5. Subscription and Payment

Paid Subscriptions: Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

Cancellation: You may cancel anytime. Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial periods.

Price Changes: We may update pricing with 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and associated content are owned by RotationGenius and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your submitted data. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to operate the Service.

7. Data, Privacy, and Backups

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We do not guarantee data preservation or recovery.

8. Beta Features & Experimental Tools

We may offer beta or experimental features. These features may be incomplete, unstable, or change at any time. They are provided “as is” with no warranties, and we may modify or discontinue them without notice.

9. Integrations and Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Slack, Google Calendar, payment processors). We are not responsible for their availability, data handling, or performance. Your use of integrations is subject to their respective terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROTATIONGENIUS IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

12. No Professional or Operational Liability

RotationGenius does not provide professional, operational, compliance, or safety advice. You are solely responsible for decisions and actions taken based on the Service’s output.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RotationGenius and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including suspected abuse or violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases immediately. We may delete associated data without obligation to retain it.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RotationGenius operates, without regard to conflicts of law.

16. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes informally. If not resolved, disputes will be handled in the courts of our operating jurisdiction unless arbitration applies under local law.

17. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through email or the Service. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

18. Severability

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
