How to Set Up Outlook Sync

Get Your Calendar Feed URL

Navigate to your rotation list in RotationGenius and click the "Calendar Feed" button to generate a unique iCal URL. Keep this URL private—it provides read-only access to your rotation schedule.

Add to Outlook Calendar

The setup process varies slightly depending on which version of Outlook you're using:

Outlook Web (Outlook.com / Office 365)

Click "Add calendar" in the left sidebar
Select "Subscribe from web"
Paste your RotationGenius calendar feed URL
Give it a name and choose a color
Click "Import"

Outlook Desktop (Windows/Mac)

Go to File → Account Settings → Internet Calendars
Click "New" and paste your calendar feed URL
Click "Add" and give the calendar a name
Your rotation schedule will appear in "Other Calendars"

Outlook Mobile (iOS/Android)

Open the Outlook app and tap the calendar icon
Tap "Add calendar" or the settings icon
Select "Add internet calendar"
Paste your calendar feed URL and tap "Subscribe"
